This is to inform all faculties, pious organizations, halls and other affiliations of NFCs, who wishes to participate in the fun fare on the day of the bazaar, this call to their proposal to committee as from 10th of june 2011.
NOTE:
i. The proposal should be forwarded on the official letter typed and signed by the two key officials.
ii. The proposal will be screened and approved by the committee so as to avoid hiccups ad achieve maximum profit.
iii. No affiliated shall sell what will not be approved of them to avoid sanctions.

REQUEST FOR REDUCTION IN PUBLICATION OF THE BULLETIN ON SUNDAY 3RD JULY 2011
We the 2011 NFCS harvest and bazaar planning committee on behalf of the NFCS kindly request for a reduction in bulletin publication on the above date which is NFCS 2011 harvest on Sunday. This is to enable us have a greater patronage on the harvest and bazaar brochure, which we hope to make affordable for most chaplaincy members we hope to produce 1000 copies .this sale will also help us in realizing our target for this year’s harvest and bazaar.
